Identity Provider (IdP) initiated login

Identity Provider (IdP) initiated login is now available for the SAML configuration on Document360.

Enabling the IdP-initiated login

1. Choose your desired project and go to the
2. Go to Settings > Users & Security > SAML / OpenID > SAML > SAML basic configuration
3. Switch the toggle "Allow IdP initiated login" on

How does IdP-initiated login work?

1. Once the "Allow IdP initiated login" is switched on, you can set up the SAML configuration with either of the supported IdP
2. An exclusive IdP-initiated sign-on URL is obtained from the IdP and shared with the SSO users
3. The SSO users can use the link to log in to the Identity Provider's dashboard
4. The SSO user then selects the configured projects and access Document360 directly
